Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items that are new, unused, uninstalled, unopened, and in original packaging.

All returns must be approved by Kies Motorsports before shipment. Unauthorized returns, collect shipments, COD shipments, and unapproved freight returns will be refused. Kies Motorsports assumes no liability for unauthorized returns.

For returns caused by customer error or preference, including ordering the wrong item, fitment mistakes, change of mind, or no longer needing the item, a 20% restocking fee applies to refunds issued back to the original payment method.

We will waive the 20% restocking fee if the customer chooses store credit instead. Store credit will be issued for the eligible merchandise value after the return is received and inspected.

For returns that are not due to a Kies Motorsports error, the customer is responsible for all shipping and freight costs, including the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping or freight cost back to our warehouse. If an order was advertised with “free shipping,” the actual outbound shipping cost paid by Kies Motorsports may be deducted from the refund.

The 20% restocking fee does not apply when Kies Motorsports is at fault, including an incorrect item shipped, a verified product defect, or an item materially different from the product listing. Kies Motorsports will cover return shipping or freight only when the return is due to our error.

Products that are installed, used, damaged, modified, painted, drilled, sanded, cut, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. We strongly recommend inspecting all items and test-fitting when appropriate before installation, paint, or modification.

Electronics, flash tunes, and custom-order items are not eligible for return. Custom-order items include, but are not limited to, 6WB clusters, NBT EVO items, roll cages, turbos, special-order items, and made-to-order products.

If a returned item is received damaged, installed, modified, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible, the return may be refused. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs required to send the item back.
If a product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, please contact info@kiesmotorsports.com within one business day of delivery. Photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and damage may be required. Once reviewed and approved, Kies Motorsports may provide a replacement, repair, refund, or other resolution at its discretion and as required by law.

Original shipping, freight, handling, payment processing fees, and related shipping services are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Kies Motorsports error or otherwise required by law.
